Practical AI courses for work
Trying to keep up with Work and AI?
Build practical AI fluency, apply sound judgement and demonstrate your learning through assessed, verifiable badges. Live courses run by Rushi Vyas, online and in person, for individual professionals and for teams.
Build AI fluency for your next move
Your next title starts with what you can demonstrate. Three levels, each earned through scenario assessment and review rather than attendance.
- Foundation: Build your confidence.
- Practitioner: Apply your judgement.
- Leader: Guide the work.
The courses
- AI Fluency for Professionals (New starters, managers, and leaders in any sector): Your people use AI already and nobody can say whether the output is safe, whether the time saved is real, or who is checking. This course answers those three questions at the level you work at, from your own drafts to your team's output to the budget and the board. For teams where AI is already in use and nobody can say whether the output is safe, what it has returned, or who is checking it. 3 stages, 27 screens.
- AI for Real Estate Professionals (New agents, sales and property managers, and principals): Listings take too long, enquiries go cold in the CRM, and one wrong claim in a description is a licence problem. This course works the agency's real pipeline, from a new agent's first listing to a principal deciding what a proptech contract may touch. For agencies losing hours to listings and cold enquiries, where one unchecked claim in a description becomes a licence problem. 3 stages, 20 screens.
- AI for Finance & Accounting Teams (Graduates and juniors, job managers, and partners): Month-end is compressed, juniors are drafting with AI already, and nobody has written down where drafting stops and advice begins. This course settles that line at every level, from a graduate's first workpaper to a partner pricing what the saved hours are actually worth. For practices compressing month-end with AI while the line between drafting and advice stays unwritten. 3 stages, 20 screens.
- AI for Marketing & Media Teams (Coordinators and producers, campaign managers, and CMOs): Output has never been cheaper, and that is the problem: the brand voice is drifting, a claim nobody approved is loose in a variant, and the reporting flatters everyone. This course covers what to publish, what to check, and where the budget should go as production tools change the cost of drafting. For marketing teams whose output got cheap overnight, and whose brand voice, claims, and reporting are drifting because of it. 3 stages, 21 screens.
- AI Fluency for Early Career Professionals (First year business students, final year students and new graduates preparing for assessed work, placements and early career recruitment.): Using AI is not the same as knowing how to judge it or what remains your responsibility when it drafts first. This course builds lasting working habits for assignments, group projects, placements, applications and early career work. It teaches Delegation, Description, Discernment and Diligence without relying on tool tutorials. The scenarios begin at university and extend to workflows, policy, money and risk as responsibility grows. For first years and new graduates who already use AI for assignments, applications and group work, and have never been told what stays their responsibility. 3 stages, 27 screens.
- AI Innovation using Design Thinking (Students and project teams exploring useful AI-supported services.): Two live Double Diamond workshops turn a user need into a tested prototype. Continue with a supervised deployment project. Follow along one tap at a time, practise with a short check, then request instructor review for your badge. For students and teams turning a researched problem into a tested AI prototype and a supervised pilot, with individually assessed evidence. 3 stages, 56 screens.
How the badges work
Every level and skill is recognised with an Open Badge, the open standard used by universities and professional bodies. Each badge has its own hosted verification page on this site, so anyone you share it with can confirm it is real. Add it to LinkedIn under Licences and certifications with the verification link, and it travels with your profile. Completing three courses earns the Cross-Industry badge.
Common questions
Do these courses come with a certificate?
Yes. Each level ends in a scenario check and is recognised with a verifiable Open Badge hosted on this site with a public verification page. Badges take a couple of minutes to add to a LinkedIn profile.
How do the badges work on LinkedIn?
Every badge is an Open Badge with its own hosted verification URL. Add it on LinkedIn under Licences and certifications, paste the verification link, and anyone viewing your profile can confirm it is genuine.
Can I join as an individual, or only with a team?
Courses run as live cohorts for teams, universities, and grad programs. Individuals are welcome to request access, and you will hear back with dates for the next suitable cohort.
Do I need a technical background?
No. The courses build judgment about where AI helps at work and how to use it safely. There is no programming involved, and the courseware runs on a phone or a laptop.
Are the courses online or in person?
Both. Every course runs live, in person or online, with the same interactive courseware, scenario checks, and badges either way.
Which course should a student or recent graduate start with?
AI Fluency for Professionals. It is the cross-industry spine of the program, and its badge reads as evidence you can use AI with judgment in any role. Add a sector course once you know where you want to work.
