Credential

Each level ends in a scenario check and is recognised with a verifiable Open Badge: Foundation, then Practitioner, then Leader. Skill badges are earned by case study, and completing three courses earns the Cross-Industry badge.

Common questions

Is this only for one university?

No. The reusable course follows the Design Council Double Diamond: discover and define, develop and deliver. A separate appendix supports CDU's AI Challenge.

What earns each badge?

Levels 1 and 2 include a short scenario self-check and require instructor-reviewed work and individual explanation. Level 3 requires an assessed supervised pilot and individual walkthrough. Attendance alone does not qualify.

Must I pay for an AI tool?

No. The worked example has an offline, synthetic-data baseline. AI tools are optional; evidence, human oversight and reproducibility are central.
